Warranty & Returns

12-Month Hardware Warranty: All Emberlink devices include a 12-month hardware warranty, covering manufacturing defects, radio failures, and battery issues.

30-Day Return Policy: You may return Emberlink products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if the device is in original condition. Return shipping may apply depending on region.

Damage caused by misuse, liquids (for non-IP rated devices), or unauthorized modifications is excluded from warranty coverage.

Intellectual Property

All Emberlink branding, logos, firmware, software, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute Emberlink intellectual property without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Emberlink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Emberlink devices comply with:
